What a week! We just got back from a week at the beach and I have never been so tired!
We stayed at Surfside which is great if you dont like to go anywhere or do anything. But if you are like us we like to go to dinner and take the kids to do fun stuff.. We had to drive an hour everyday to get anywhere and eat and by the time we ate and took Ethan to do fun things it was 10 at night!!
Needless to say we learned our lesson and will stick to North Myrtle from now on! Ethan Had a great time. Ezra has his moments. He didnt like the beach the first few days but he got used to it.
Shot a wedding on the beach and the reception was so fun! We went to Filets and the kids had so much fun dancing! I have learned that I am devoloping an allergy to some fish just like my dad did when he got older.. My lips swelled up from the food I ate... Yeah i know they cant get much bigger right? but they did!! lol
Went shopping of coarse and bought Ethan way more then he needed but whats new right?
I went in the stores to buy for baby girl ( who still unofficially doesnt have a name) and was overwhelmed! I have shopped for boys for almost 6 years now I have no idea what I am doing! I'm gonna need help! I did manage to pick her out a few things and brandon bought her a little shirt all by hisself .. He is so sweet! I dont know how to dress a little girl ... I mean you've all seen how I dress... lol!
Trying today to get the house cleaned and yard mowed and hopefully I can motivate Brandon to get started working on ethan and ezras bedrooms. Im so overwhelmed i dont know where to start.. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
We have decided that since this vacation was so stressful and we came back more tired then when we left we are gonna take another trip in a few weeks to the beach or the mountains!
We stayed at N Myrtle and I am opposite I like a more secluded Beach! LOL We didn't even go shopping, I thought I may go sometime to the shops in Gaffney SC maybe in a few weeks or something. Yeah I don't go all out dressing girls but oh well I dress her how I want, you will learn you dress her how you want and not how somebody else thinks you should! LOL I love little man clothes, I am still not to much into little girl stuff, but Carlie does not go unclothed and she has cute stuff! Can't wait to hear a girl name when you decide! Josh was the same way with buying for Carlie, he picked out her Valentine coming home outfit, which she didn't get to wear cause she was late! He still picks her stuff out and says she has to have this and that. Have fun! I know what you mean about needed another vacation after a vacation!
